Iron sharpens Iron. This class is for 65 and up intermediate. We are going to work on fine tuning fundamentals, line selection, Starts, endurance and more. We will build your confidence which turns build your speed. We are also going to workout everyday so bring your workout shoes and be ready to get to work.
We are going to create a race like environment for three days straight. Also come with a good attitude and be ready to work. We will give you our 100% so come focus and give us 110%.
